Sometimes after a proposal is created and an agreement is reached, the brand or the creator decides that the terms that were agreed upon will not work out and the agreement need to be canceled. Most of these agreements can be canceled directly from your inbox.
You can cancel an agreement by simply clicking on OPEN AGREEMENT from the right hand sidebar and then on CANCEL AGREEMENT or CANCEL PROPOSAL.
In order to cancel the agreement, one of the following criteria must be met:
Agreement was created more than 24-hours ago
The creator did not submit the content before the deadline
Changes to content were requested and the creator did not make those changes within a week.
