You can use our Bulk Import feature to insert or update a large number of tracked posts in your analytics dashboard.
Preparing Your Data
Before importing your list of posts, you need to make sure that all of the related data such as the campaigns and influencers are already in the system.
You can add an influencer from the Connections section or import multiple influencers at once using our Bulk Influencer Import feature. Campaigns can be created here.
Available Fields
Below is the list of fields that are available for inserting or updating your data.

Post URL (required)
The actual URL of the live post, if the influencer is not in your Connections yet, then you must add it before importing the post.Company (optional)
If you manage multiple brands, you can specify the company name. It must match the name of one of the brands listed in your account, you can see all of your brands here.Campaign (optional)
The name of the campaign to assign the post to. If the campaign does not exist yet, then you need to create it before importing the post. You can manage your campaigns here.Segment (optional)
If a campaign contains segments, then you can specify a segment to assign the post to. The segment must have already been created and the name of the segment needs to match.Cost (optional)
If there was a cost associated with this post, then you can specify it.Organic (optional)
Allow to dissociate a post created spontaneously by influencers in addition to the planned posts for a campaign.
Importing Instagram Stories
If you are importing Instagram Stories, you will need to add extra fields to your import file.
Post URL (required)
For stories, instead of the post URL, enter the URL of the Instagram profile.Date (required)
The date of when the story was posted.Story # (required)
A numeric unique identifier per influencer and per day, this field will prevent creating duplicate stories when importing or bulk updating posts. The image below shows how the values for this field needs to be entered.Views (optional)Number of views that a story received. Although stories without views will be shown in the analytics dashboard, they will not be reflected in the overall metrics.
